How did ONI miss a clone?

Anyone else wondering how this clone that Mshak was talking about somehow met the “real” him. And was somehow missed by ONI and not killed off like the other clones? This has been bothering me for a while. How many other “doomed” clones didn’t really die? Could there be more that survived? Did they really both commit suicide, or did ONI kill them?

What are your thought’s?

This whole story was new to me and really caught me by surprise. As quickly as most of the clones died off, I’m surprised some made it. If two made it, I’m sure there could be more.

Also surprised the two he mentioned resulted in suicide of the original. The Spartans are tough, but I guess that could shake you.

Halsey herself noted in her journal that the love and care that the sick clones parents provided to them may have contributed to the longevity of a few of the clones. Certainly being rich, as I believe Daisy’s parents seemed to be, would have helped.

True, but if they still somehow survived that… ONI would have made them have an “accident” as they mentioned in Halo Legends, I believe.
