Hey, so I’m trying to get better at the game, but I’m not entirely sure how. I wanna get at least somewhat good before I move to MCC pc, as I’m currently on my 360 (lol)

Knowing the layout of the map and where the power weapons are (depending on your preferred gametype) is crucial. You will be able to prevent the enemy from nabbing the weapons or making a quick exit when in trouble.
Yeah, the power weapons definitely matter in Halo. It’s a mark of the old style arena shooters that Halo was arguably an evolution of - you’ll find the same dynamic in old-school '90s shooters like Quake and Doom.
