I currently have 136 matchmaking games under my belt (though that number also includes bot matches). So far, I haven’t encountered a single player I could confidently accuse of using an aim bot. If your experience has been different, please provide a rough estimate of how many. I want to see how common of an issue this really is.
And hello, Comedic Hermit. Hope you’re having a good day.
Go into swat and ranked, those are the areas most people cheat.
Although it’s hard to confirm who is and what they’re using. Iv certainly seen a few very questionable people looking at walls people are behind and basically locking onto them before they know they’re there.
It’s like they forget theatre is a thing lol. I have like 800games played.
Over a thousand games and only one person for sure. Blatant and hilarious, next level accuracy, prediction, speed.
Them on their own against all pros combined would have been a comfortable win to him, was hilarious to be in that game. @Deltasaurus_Rex did it begin with a k?
I find that aimbots are less common than wall hacks that allow people to track you. When I watch theater back looking to see if someone cheated, usually they’re still missing shots but they are clearly staring at your hitboxes moving through walls.
People have to pay for each individual hack after all, so my guess is one is sufficient to these people.
I use the Arctis pro + Gamedac headset, ive also muted most in game sounds so all i can hear is footsteps and gunshots.
The audio, especially from behind is awful in infinite. Cant hear a guy unless they are in melee range from behind but from the front and sides i can hear what seems a good 30 foot away.
As an example, oddball on streets, if im holding the ball in PD behind teh counter, im always looking at the wall just cause thats the only direction i can face and get consistent audio.
I could show you some clips and you would probably think i was using one to be honest.
Im not saying all of them are using a good headset, im just letting you know how it is for those of us that do use one this way.
Live fire is the best, theres so many surfaces that make different sounds… my team mates probably think im a nosy neighbour with a glass against the wall haha
