How come you erased all my 360 service records except for Halo 4?

Seems a bit strange to me that that particular game is the only one to survive the purge.

I wouldn’t mind if they erase my service record for the MCC as it’s completely bugged.

Would love to know this too. My 3 and reach service records were really important to me.
I was a 69 Legend in Reach.

I made sure to screenshot my service record and stats from the old Bungie website before they put it down permanently. I miss that forum and those stats.

Same here, H3, ODST, HR are gone. H4 stays :frowning:

They actually have erased all record of my MCC data, i played through the campaign on easy after 2 years from it’s release date on my xbox one but for some reason when i checked online my stats were never there, same account and everything, i feel almost robbed, AFAIK i should also be able to go from Xbox to PC but that does not seem to be the case as when i got the game on PC earlier this year i had no stat’s, nothing, like if i only just played it the first time in my life

My legacy stats are wrong/missing as well. In fact everyone I look up that I know played Halo 3 has never played Halo 3 according to Waypoint vNext, and I confirm that’s not true.

Additionally my Halo 5 stats are incorrect, as it states I have completed the campaign on Normal whereas I have completed it on Solo Legendary and have every achievement in the game.

The prior version of Waypoint displayed this data correctly without any issue, so I’m not sure why it’s wrong over here.

You can open a support ticket on the Halo support site - they will keep it open until it’s been fixed.

They are closing tickets submitted relating to the website.

Thank you for sending us your ticket! I appreciate you sharing your observation on the legacy service records. Currently, Halo Support is only able to assist with in-game issues at this time, please refer to the information in this post on the Halo Waypoint Forums: https://forums.halowaypoint.com/. Please note that this is not a guaranteed solution. Since this is all the assistance I can provide for this issue at this time, I will close your ticket now. Please submit another ticket if you have other in-game issues.

I’m sure at a later date they will expand their resources to allow further support and fixing of Halo Waypoint, but as it stands they will not keep the ticket open until it’s been fixed. Rather, we will have to wait until they are keeping the tickets open for website support.

Ah that must have been a recent change then  Probably got flooded with then after the first couple of days haha

Agreed - I will highlight that I appreciate the specification in their response to me about Legacy Service Records.

That tells me they really are aware (and it wasn’t just an automated response per say) so hopefully a solution does come later!

Yeah I lost my H3 & Reach service records, but somehow they kept H2.

I just want my Reach record to reflect accurately and display my Inheritor rank as I’m really proud of getting to it.

Loving the fact that they’re directing folks to the forum where people are having that issue, when no one HAS a solution. 343 would be the ones with the solution, right? I just don’t get it.

This issue is one that has long been present in the Legacy Service Records. The Original systems for Stats Tracking was handled and set up by Bungie for BNET. When the full change occurred in 2012, the systems that sent data were not reworked, on the systems that receive data. Unfortunately the system that sends data has been experiencing issues since as early as 2017. The systems in place being 10 years old at this point, while fixes were deployed relatively quickly then since the games were still seeing occasional upticks in player bases and were still considered indefinitely supported, the same cannot be said for November 2021. The Services are not working as intended, but will most likely be fixed before January 13th 2022. The reason is that once the services are shut off they will never update again. The send on last report on you Xbox Live Gamertag and its associated Statistics, and then will never report again. At this point your stats will be like Halo 2, where they are a static number, they do not update, and if you change your gamertag, will be unavailable, since there wont be a way to sync that data with your new gamertag. The reason why Halo 4s stats are still showing is because they were built with Halo Waypoint and its systems in mind, and are probably not based on the digital architecture that Halo 3 - Reach are. This issue is almost 100% being looked into. There is no need to be angry or upset, simply put, the 15 year old systems used for those stats are showing their age and starting to be decommissioned.

Too real

Feels like Arby being stripped of his rank, especially for us Heirs

Eh, I just took a screenshot to hold onto the memories, tracking may never work again
