I do find it a bit odd that there was no cross promotional material for the show and Infinite. But they know it has been renewed for season 2, so plenty of time to design a silver team armor core for season 2’s debut.
I did notice something last night when I watched the first episode.
Take a look at the twitch drop armor coating for HCS, the dark green one and then take a look at chiefs armor color in the series, especially outside of the cave when he tells them the leave.
Don’t they seem very alike?? Almost like that was the promotion coating but got used for HCS.
The only crossover I want between the Halo TV show and the Halo Infinite game is I want to drive a Chevy Tahoe and blaze an AK-47. Halo Reach at a lot of Civilian Vehicles, so I hope we see a Chevy Tahoe in Halo Infinite Forge
Simple.
The Mark VI Gen-3 worn by Master Chief isn’t available as a multiplayer armor core yet, so you we wouldn’t be able to get the cosmetics worn by the Spartans in the TV show.
Also the TV show is low-care quality.
Why would a crossover event be worthwhile? The show is a colossal failure.
Lol failure after 1 episode.
Man, even Inhumans got past the first episode and that was baaaaaaaaddddddddd.
This isn’t a failure.
Could it be the Season 2 Battlepass armour core?
Nope.
Season 2 Armor Core isn’t the Mark VI Gen-3.
It is instead an armor worn by Spartans known as Lone Wolves.

I thought that was the free armour core they were adding along with Iron Eagle?
I don’t think they specified the Lone Wolves core was free or not. I assumed it was the S2 $10 BP core.
Whatever it is, I’m excited for it. Those two they shared look interesting, and I was pretty disappointed that S1 was a bunch of a Reach armor I’ve already unlocked like 3-4 times in three different titles over the years…
Battle Pass Armor Core is the one used by the Lone Wolves.
If it is free, then one of the tiers of the free side of the Battle-Pass will unlock it.
Iron Eagle is free with the Fractures event next season.

Wow yeah Chief’s armor has carbon fiber and gold all over it.
oh wait no, it- it doesn’t.
No, they aren’t alike at all.
Probably because the people who made the show did not want have ANYTHING to do with the games.
That is typically what happens in Videogame movie design.
It has nothing to do with the source material.
Doom
Monster Hunter
Mario
And now Halo.
Good thing fans rioted over the Sonic movie. That was nightmare fuel. Idk how clearly explained games and anime become such dumpster fires of live adaptations. At least the Halo TV show wasn’t a Netflix adaptation I guess. Now if only rioting fans was enough to fix the show and Halo Infinite.
That was how the company saved on marketing budget.
Make a bad trailer
People throw a fuss
You promise to fix it
They people are reasonably concerned and they won’t shut up about how bad it will still be.
You actually do a good job on the visuals as originally planned.
Fans are floored and go to watch the movie in the hopes that the movie is actually good because the studio actually listened to the videogame fans for once.
The movie was actually good, allowing for a sequel to be made instead of it just being a box office cash-grab.
Too bad 343 didn’t do that, and just pull a funny gag on a bad game with the Craig trailer, then release a good game
Craig was literally just a brute that died in the trailer and fans poked fun at the low-quality of an early trailer that usually goes unnoticed; but some joe somewhere paused the trailer at JUST the right time to make a funny meme.
I get that, and then 343 decided to turn him into a real thing as a rock star and make a whole bunch of Easter eggs and then some descriptions on some things you could buy in the shop that said it was Craig’s favorite, instead of just improving the game. Why would we want a bunch of multiplayer maps and modes, when we could have a giant sandwich in a cave?
