How come the Achilles armor is ultra-rare?

Someone is going to have to explain to me how the Achilles armor is ultra-rare. Why not legendary? It’s technically the rarest armor in the game.

I agree, should be a mythic for sure.

I also agree making it ultra rare makes it look a lot less special compared to what real rarity it is ultra-uber-mega mythical unicorn.
