i need help please i need some to contact me on this issue i called xbox and they told me to go here, i bought the legendary edition of halo 5 and redeem the code the day the game came out i had really bad internet so i wasn’t able to play halo often up until recently, once i got better internet i notice on the requisition menu the Arena REQ pack was there and i didnt get my REQs for each month and i was told i was supposed to get them every month.
I wish Xbox Support would realize that 343i never responds here…they would be better off at TeamBeyond or Reddit where they actually do respond. Anyways I believe that the Legendary Edition comes with the Warzone REQ Bundle, not the Arena. But with that said I don’t know why you wouldn’t receive your Warzone REQ Packs
I know you were suppose to get 2 warzone req packs every week starting on monday i believe, the arena req is separate from the warzone one. And I 100% agree with the notion that xbox support should just send us to twitter or reddit, it appears there’s more 343i activity there.
Do you still have the code? Did you try inputting it again? I also recommend you try the support forum.

The arena bundle didn’t come with any halo games only the warzone bundle did. You aren’t being very specific on what happened. You said you had bad internet for awhile. So first question would be did you buy a digital game or had a disc? With either of them did you at least fully install the game first and play some or did you install the game and just start putting in the dlc codes?

I tried reddit myself for an issue after getting no help here. 343 doesn’t respond to anything there either.
