How come Halo doesnt have a community manager

Even small developers and indie studios have CMs, why doesnt Halo 4 have one? The lack of 343i within these forums is pathetic, considering all of these posts are directed at them lol

I think BS Angel is one of sorts. They have a bunch of Mods as well and they have threads that we can give them feedback as well.
