To start for the 0 cR armor items you infer to, you can find out the information you need here (Click meh!)
Additionally there is some Halo Armor DLC for Reach, but it is very limited as it came as special content:
-Legendary Armor Effect (Red flames on Helmet): Code from Purchasing the Legendary Edition of Halo: Reach
-Elite Officer Armor: Code from Purchasing the Legendary Edition of Halo Reach; or from Purchasing the Elite Officer/Falcon Combo Code Card
-Recon Helmet Tier 3: Code from Pre-Ordering Halo: Reach from anywhere.
-Multi-threat Chestplate: Code from Pre-Ordering Halo: Reach from Gamestop.
-Eternal Armor Effect (Blue flames on Helmet): Bungie Day 2012 Give out. NO LONGER OBTAINABLE .

hey lizking do you have a link to where i can buy the chest piece because gamestop never gave me it even though i preordered from gamestop i would highly appreciate it because ive been looking

Kind of late for that. I would honestly say if in the rare instance that you still have your receipt, I would goto your local GameStop and see what they can do for you. Due to Waypoint forum rules, the only thing I can say is check eBay.
