I got it from a Gold pack only after getting all the Req pack Ultra Rare permanent unlocks that the game launched with (still don’t have the Extended mag Magnum, but that was added after launch). This is similar to getting Nadir after unlocking all common permanent unlocks.

I got mine when I purchased a Xbox live 12 month and it had a extra code for halo. It was a emblem pack code and it came with the clippy emblem and Microsoft bob emblem.

You can get it either by unlocking it randomly or linking a Microsoft office 365 to your Microsoft account that you use on your Xbox one.
