I would really love to be a worker in the forums, i would do anything needed to do ,If this is possible.

But you can still be helpful by making productive posts and reporting evil doers.
Well, just like in any other job, you have to apply for it (in most situations)! For the forums specifically, you’d be part of the Waypoint team, which handles the website, console, and mobile applications. If you have experience in web design, programing, computer engineering, etc., then check the 343i job listings and apply!
