How Can I Upgrade to Digital Deluxe?

Help! I already pre-ordered Halo 5: Guardians through the Xbox Store on my Xbox One and the game is fully downloaded, day one update and everything.

I’m having last minute regrets on choosing the standard edition, and I REALLY want to upgrade to Digital Deluxe! Is there any way I can do this without having to call Microsoft, cancel the pre-order, uninstall all the content, and then start from scratch with a new order?

I don’t think you can, the only way i can think of is to try get a refund and then buy the digtal deluxe edition, if you do this i suggest you to back up halo 5 onto a external HDD so if you have to download it again you can just move it from external to internal.

I think aside from the preorders, the req bundle is sold by itself, if that is what you are after.

Call Microsoft support, i did when i canceled my deluxe edition then upgraded to the console.

Only took like 15mins, you should still be able to cancel it u have till release date to do so.

Call Microsoft support, they will cancel it for you then u can delete it of your harddrive. You should get your money back within 1 or 3 business days. It took 1 day for me.

You can direct them Here if they being -Yoinks!- about it. They shouldn’t tho, its easy, they just ask you for your phone number associated with the account or gamer tag then they will send you a code that they will ask you to say out loud for them. Then they will cancel it for you.

54.8 GB, if I try to move it states you cannot move an item while installing, it’s definitely installed, I have the right fiile size and the space on my HDD reduced accordingly.
