How can i unlock the recon helmet in Halo 3,

Could someone tell me how to unlock the recon helmet in Halo 3, I heard they had given it to everyone

The only known way that still works other than getting a splatter with a road cone is to do all the vidmaster challenges in Halo3,Halo ODST,

I just need a coulpe more vidmaster challenges to go and Recon is mine

As far as I know, Vidmaster achievements no longer unlock Recon either. It shouldn’t be possible to get it at all any more, the last unlocks were made a few years ago now

Recon has been unavailable for years. I tried to get it three different ways on an older account and they all failed.

It was only completing the avid master challenges in Halo 3 and Halo 3 ODST, but when 343i was chosen to be in charge of Halo franchise. They give it to all Halo players that was active in those days. It suck… a lot.

From what has been released about Recon since the 343i take over all players should start with recon now, if you dont have it I dont think youll be able to get it. Sorry bud.
