How can I unlock my recon armor?

I have done all achievements but cant find out how to get it.
I got it on my other account (which is now banned due to modding fifa12) doing all the vidmaster challenges and then clicking on “Unlock Recon” on the service record on bungie.net. but because that doesnt update, what is the alternate way if there is one?

You can no longer unlock Recon via the Vidmasters, all players will have Recon unlocked for them.

If you haven’t got Recon yet, and by the sounds of it, the account you’re on is new, you will get it sometime within the next 28 days.
