i made a map and i cant figure out how to get 343 to notice.
well make sure its worth the steps of even submitting. I would recommend you take it here.
http://www.forgehub.com/forum/. have the testers guild to check it out and then the review hub to review it. and if its good enough get a hold of one of the community cartographers and then they will decide.
The only reason I send you to forge hub is because they will decide if its even worth submitting

I had bad luck with Forge Hub.
I have been an avid Forger since H3, and I KNOW I make good maps.
I have a weekly Customs group that can vouch for that…or else they would’ve left from boredom by now! 
But when I got involved with the folks at Forge Hub, everything I submitted, everything I play Tested with the people that frequent there, every time I posted a map to their forums ( such as this one: http://www.forgehub.com/forum/reach-competitive-maps/124411-oct-agony.html )
…it was all met with a rather “Ho-Hum, Blah, Nit-Picky” kind of attitude.
No positive feedback, no suggestions for improvement…just “Meh, it’s okay I guess…here- lemme load up MY map”…
I gave up.
…though my friends still pressure me to submit my newer maps for matchmaking.
