After doing a bit of research on this, I have found that if you change the language on your Xbox One console via settings, the game should change as well. However, that may be for the digital version of the game only.

Just adding to this. Assuming all updates have been downloaded, the physical and digital versions should work the same since the disc is essentially a physical license key (as opposed to a digital one) for the same version of the game.
