Seriously I really do not understand how a company can legally get away with releasing a game like MCC. How are they not being sued or punished legally? Whats to stop game companies from continuing to release completely non-functioning games?
Can they not be sued etc. for selling a faulty product? Lying to consumers? False advertising, etc.? I’m not hating, I’m just genuinely confused.

Halo 4 had sold what, 8-10 million copies? Let them have their 100 thousand pre-orders. May they FIX this broken excuse of a collection. Or otherwise, let them only have their small pecentage of pre-orders, your customers goodwill is not endless…keep sending crap down the pipe and that well dries up.
