I know it’s not long till release but this month so far is dragging so bad for me, I haven’t been this excited for something since I was a little kid for Christmas. Having sleepless nights and can’t stop watching gameplay videos.
With every other halo release I was excited, but had something to keep me occupied. As the 360 seemed to have an abundance of games and the Xbox one not so much.
So what have you been doing to keep yourself occupied? Any advise?
Try coping with denial. Convince yourself you have the game already but can not play it.

I play the MCC and I also play the star wars battlefront beta while its active if im not playing games im on youtube or keeping myself busy with things in life so that’s how I pass the time of the wait till launch

I play MCC, but the wait to get into a game D:
As i said before it in another Topic( it think it was How do you keep up your sane" or something like that), but i crafted myself an Masterchief Armor (Mark VI Gen II to fit halo 5) and for my Dog an Agent Locke Armor out of an Cardboard, and after that strange things happened…
But to get serious, yeah i play some betas like Battlefront & Rainbow Six Siege, play TMCC on Heroic, got Ark and that game is awesome etc…but from day to day its harder to bear…
I had to sell my Xbox a few days ago to ensure myself I had enough money by the time the Halo 5 console released.
I personally LOVE the October wait, because its filled with the most news on the game as it amps me up to play it. Also I grabbed myself a copy of The Fall of Reach so I will have enough time to read it and become emotionally attached to Blue Team before they set off on their mysterious mission in Halo 5.

I’ve pre ordered the console so I can play at midnight 
and that sounds like a good idea, I’ll do some reading on blue team already watched nightfall, so I know what sort of character Locke will be like

I’m really glad I’m not the only one. my wife says I’m obsessed and I’m like but what if they put out some new footage I haven’t seen or some info I don’t know?! lol

I guess not, can probably buy some req packs to get me started
I have been playing a lot of Metal Gear to keep me busy. Between that and the MCC, I am pretty much good to go.
