I think it would be cool to see whos doing what in regaurds to buy halo 4.

My brother donated blood and got $100 last week and is spending it on a limited edition.

I put down all $65.16 back in March, before the special edition was even announced. But now that it’s official, and the extras sound awesome (especially the MP maps!), I will be going to gamestop to pay the remaining amount for the special edition in just a few weeks.

Damn… nearly everyone on every site I go on is gunning for Limited Edition. I’m definitely heading to GameStop within a few days to be sure I get one.
I’ll pre-order limited at my local games store, where they have a life-size Master Chief statue (Halo 2 edition) 
I’ll pay it up front with my own cash from honest work.
I’m going with Pre-order online. Much more convenient for me this way.

If I get a job by then, I’ll get the limited. If not… Probably will get it anyway.

“collector’s” not limited. They’ll basically ship as many as preordered then some. No need to rush I think.
I already pre-ordered the standard but I am seriously considering upgrading for limited. When you think about it it, I’d probably just be paying up-front for map packs I would buy anyway, plus a bunch of cool content including the Forward Unto Dawn DVD. I’ve never actually bought a special-edition game though, can anyone confirm that they are actually good or just complete crap?

Sounds exactly like what I’m doing
preording the limited (for obvious reasons) at gamestop (they always have something special for preordering)
I’ll definitely be pre-ordering, but I haven’t decided on which version. More then likely I’ll go for the limited version, but I’m not making any decisions till I see more details come out during E3.
I will, at some point, pre-order the limited edition. However, I’m not planning to do it for a while, most likely just a few months before release as I do with every pre-order.
Right after I get back from AT, or right after I get my paycheck from AT, I plan on preordering the Limited edition, I’ve lost interest when it comes to getting these big legendary edition stuff that take up space on my shelves. Tho I don’t mind extra disc content like the FUD DVD, things like that I do like.
