Its not funny or cute, its very annoying.

How do you deal with these people, report them or what?

Edit: If their in a game and not playing they deserved to be betrayed over and over for AFK’ing
It is annoying but there really is nothing you can do about it apart from avoiding them (giving them bad rep).
One of the joys of only playing in a full party is getting to go against those guys.
If you see them rapid-betraying, then when it hits you, hope youre wearing that boot…
Pretend to afk, get betrayed, and give him the boot. whats even more annoying than that though is a guy with a jet pack repeatedly commiting suicide every spawn. even if you prevent him from killing himself with grenades he just goes up up and away and then drops like a rock. worst player ive ever encountered

Purposely killing your own teammates isn’t against the rules? Not sitting right in front of my Xbox to check, but when you file a complaint, when you go to the cheating option, doesn’t it say something like “altering the outcome of a game to negatively impact a person or team” as a reason for filing the type of complaint? Isn’t a guy repeatedly killing a teammate a form of altering the outcome of a game and negatively impacting the game play itself?
Plus, this I do know. If a D-bag does that leave him negative feedback. The Unsporting conduct option clearly says “if a person is being unsporting (for example driving the wrong direction or ‘team-killing’).” So that D-bag was obviously being unsporting. I’d say he was cheating his team of a victory as well if he’s repeatedly killing an AFK teammate too.
