Way early in Warzone matches, the first encounter with enemy players and they already have BR’s, Warthogs…I even saw a guy with a DMR way early.
Each player has their own separate Req level from their team, so some people can snag boss and Spartan kills to have way higher level stuff than everyone else.
Cleaning up the AI early, and the starting bosses, plus helping capture bases can get you to req level 3 pretty quickly.
Yeah, if you get a decent number of AI kills/assists at the beginning, you can easily get Level 3 right after capturing the Armory. At the point, people getting higher REQ levels quickly are probably doing a lot of slaying.
Because getting multiple kills helps you get to lv6 faster. There is a point in the matches where no A.I spawn. In that time frame, you and your teammates need to work together to rack up kills as fast as possible. Whether it be defending or attacking.
When I get killed by someone with a BR early on, I look and see their points and kills. If they have like 7-8 spartan kills, a few small boss kills, it makes sense. They’re working it.
I have def seen this happen, right as the match starts, some one is already driving around a warthog or mongoose… and NO one has any kills at all.

Mongoose is level 1, so people can call one in the instant the game starts.
Most hogs are level 2, so anyone can grab one after the home base is claimed.
Adding in that you can use a random weapon?vehicle REQ when you don’t necessarily have the points or level yet for them can contribute to that.
Spartan kills, boss take downs, and caps. you can climb real fast if you try
