How accurate is the new Killcam feature?

I’ve been noticing, when playing SWAT, that a lot of kills, some people will be aiming at the ground when shooting, some people won’t even have recoil on their weapon, and some snap to me. I am wondering if this is because Killcam is under developed or if I should be concerned with possible software tampering
