why not have both? the equiptment can only be used once so thats a fair advantage pluse the fact that you have to find the dam things lol, and you have your other armor abilitie that can be used any time you want but they have to recharge.
sounds usful finding a bubble shield as equipment and using cammo as an armor abilitie could be an easy to escape hazord situations.
or using holograms and radar jammers to confuse the enemy.
a combo of the two would be pretty cool and usful.
if you have other combo idea id like to hear them.

Armor abilities NEED to stay out. It appears that sprint is in the game, but I’m assuming that is not an “AA”, but a default trait for each player. Some people are also saying that jetpack is in the game, but I believe that may be the thruster pack which will allow us to double jump or something rather than fly.
AA’s ruined the balance of Halo…If 343i keeps them in H4, the franchise will continue to decline in quality.
Sorry, you are entitled to your opinion, but I think the majority of us agree that AA’s are NOT Halo.

what about equipment?
I like equipment but HATE armor abilities.
Firstly i think bungie or 343 said that spartan-II’s couldn’t use armor abilities, however it would seem spartan IVs may be able to but i cant see them having different operating systems for online and campain. Secondly i think something like equipment will have to be present within the game, especially for online to mix up the gameplay a little 
Equipment is ok, but AA’s and equipment? That’s just way too far.
