So my issue is , when i spend 10k req points on a pack it gives me back 6k and a bunch of randoms. This is frustrating.
Why do i want 6k req points when i just spent 10k? The fix is simple and obvious, a req store…why hasn’t 343 given us one? Are there plans and am i blowing smoke?
Has this come up and been explained and will never happen?

That’s because you finished unlocking all your REQs and the game will give you 6000RP back when you unlock everything the REQ system has to offer

yep. Plus everyone complains about pay to win and if you are talking about buying reqs (even with points) you are paying for power up directly.

If there was a req store then everyone would just buy the super OP weapons and vehicles and then proceed to curb stomp lower leveled players. While RNG does suck I’d rather not be on the receiving end of a wasp spam.
It would be nice for 343i to narrow the RNG down a bit by coming out with UNSC, Covenant, forerunner packs.

still thinking REACH system for unlocking is way better than req points.
unlock based on skill not pockets.

You still need to get your req level up, so that is a non issue. Not like at the start of a game you would be up against a team using legendary weapons at start.
In fact that would be at your advantage, you could use mid level reqs and take a lead since they don’t want to use req energy to spawn their norfang etc. later in the game.
I find absolutely no reason to buy golds anymore. I might get lucky once in awhile and get an ultra rare XP boost or a Han. Mantis or Wasp once every 7-10 pulls. The majority are useless silver and RP reqs. I need nothing but XP boosts and 5-7 silver reqs to keep me going.

i just spent 100k req points and have every possible req available and still have 1 million 2 hundred thousand points…so whether i can buy these loadouts directly or get them randomly…ill still have them.
the issue,for me, is the >>time being spent buying random packs when i could be in game using them.<<
And i dont believe level matters. I have seen level 1 players go into warzone, find the guy with the rocket, sniper, higher lvl loadout in general, kill him and take his weapon… skill will always trump level.
