I would like to see it happen. No legendary level ai as we don’t have high level req weapons but the normal ai such as elites, grunts, crawler and soldiers. I think this would be fun to play. Have some Covie drop pods drop in randomly in a battle or have so crawlers spawn in with some soldiers. Wonder if we will ever see it.
Would be annoying honestly. Though I can’t explain why.

Sounds like something out of Titanfall. Though, hopefully with more imposing AI.

Couldn’t say I never played titanfall… but a btb with enemy ai sounds fun to me.
I think that’d bring me back to BTB honestly, right now I played it so much that I “ranked” up so damn high, I like Warzone better now

I don’t see how adding more enemies to shoot at in a fps would make things boring.

Wouldn’t be much different than if they had teammates near by that kill you… or you could be tactful and use cover or teamwork or the AI may actually save you by killing the other team members first and then you can kill the AI… it would add a very interesting dynamic to the game.

Historically BTB Heavies has been part of the BTB playlist, and we really don’t need to split the population of a playlist like BTB.

Heavies had it’s own playlist… perhaps one day 343 will realize hey if we offer more games maybe more would play. Also I think there is enough population to support an additional playlist. I have never once had a hard time finding games in any playlist

What game did heavies have it’s own playlist in? I’m fairly certain it was part of the normal BTB lists in H3/Reach. Also, we’ve already split the BTB population into 2 additional warzone playlists these days.

I think there is enough population to support a few more playlists. And while I like the idea of a BTB with AI, I think other playlists/game types like Odball, KOTH, doubles and more should be added in instead.
But BTB with AI does sound awesome, it reminds me of an idea someone said a while back about Warzone CTF. Maybe it could replace BTB for a weekend and see how people react. I don’t know about placing it along side BTB though.

I’m in for this in one form or another.
I’m only playing it if the AI is grunts. Only grunts… a lot of em’. Overwhelming numbers that would challenge you to win.

Umm how is 8v8v AIs firefight? It’s more of a toned down warzone… a few less players on your team, no req system, and a few AIs spawn in from time to time… not near the number of enemies of firefight
