Okay guys its been almost 1 month since launch and this is what halo 4 has been like so far.
Fixing some map glitches.
No response on controversial issues. i.e. dmr nerf, boltshot nerf, flood thruster pack nerf, etc.
Adding fan favorite playlists then removing them.
No removal of the EXP cap.
No working file share.
No playlists for the competitive players.
A little fix to joining in progress but no way to turn it off.
Switching back and fourth between players getting the specializations before the 20th and not getting it.
No grifball
No MLG
A decreasing player population.
This is really sad as I love halo 4 and it seems like it gets minimal support. The weekly bulletins really don’t address much about halo 4 aside from the MM playlist update. Why do we need a map pack when there are so many things to be addressed and fixed?
Any one else feel the same?

These two are the collective bane of my existence. I get that we don’t want player fragmentation throughout many playlists, but I think it’s just stupid to remove playlists, or “cycle” them.
And the File Share thing… I miss my File Share.
Other than that, I kind of agree with all of it. I love the game, but 343 needs to fix a good many things.
I agree with player fragmentation and I like the concept of playlist rotation(reminds me of 2xp weekend playlist) but swat and snipers has been something people love and FFA should have been a no brainer.
It does seem like they have a plan but they need to keep us in the loop a bit.
I don’t know about nerfing the stuff, granted… I have gotten my @$$ handed to me from the thruster pack on flood. What I am more curious about is Griffball or extraction… kinda wanted to try those out. Have those and others, yet a limited playlist, they also shuffle they same maps when I play CTF, dominion, flood…so on. Its still fun, just curious

While I am pro dmr nerf; if 343i came out and said yeah we dont think it needs one then I would accept it and move on. I just want to hear there stance so we all can move on.

its funny the one thing we are getting that we need bad (more maps) is too little too late, maybe one new map per playlist? i hardly see how this is going to make things any less boring for a time span greater than a day
Over 70% of the players since release week have already left. Halo 3 and reach still had 500,000+ unique players everyday a year after release where this game cannot even top 175,000… Halo 4 is already dying.
there’s no way halo 3 has 500k players everyday, its not even on the top 20 played anymore whereas halo 4 is second place.
all I needed were JiP fixes and less imbalanced teams-- both these issues have been addressed. I could do with death X’s and condensing the playlists to avoid spreading the population too thin.
personally I’m fine with rotational playlist, team sniper or swat is for practice lol if they rotate in team doubles and add forge maps + relay to infinity slayer I’d be a happy gamer
