Hotfix Results in Dropped Packets

Ever since the hotfix dropped to “fix” BTB, 50% of games I play my game now shows “Unstable Packet Loss” for 90% of the match and I’m constantly rubberbanding and desyncing. I was constantly rubberbanding before the hotfix but never experienced the packet loss error message.

I’m on a 10GBe wired ethernet connection locally, with a 300 down/100 up Mbps business class DOCSIS cable connection with prosumer Ubiquitit networking equipment and a Netgate enterprise firewall/routing appliance. Ports for the game are forwarded to the PC I’m playing on. System is an i7-12700k with STRIX 3080ti GPU. Clearly this is not something on my end, and I don’t have ANY issues in other games.

The Halo Infinite servers are nothing short of BROKEN. There is no point in playing at this time, and until the servers are fixed the game hemorrhage players. Use your internal 343/Microsoft connections and get some people from the Azure team involved. Your company has the resources to be better than this, please use them.
