I’m not sure why 343 doesn’t want to use ranks to balance teams. If I’m playing solo queue, there’s no reason for me to be paired with someone 2 whole ranks under me. They will be at the bottom of the scoreboard, I can guarantee you that. Is the player base already THAT low? I’m seeing Gold and low Platinums in Onyx games, and unsurprising they get destroyed.
I know the MCC ranking systems was not using ranks at all, but can we at least try to use them for Infinite? You know, learn from past mistakes?
