So, I’ve tried this forum, I’ve tried calling Microsoft, I’ve tried tweeting @HaloWaypoint… Kind of pissed that there’s no way to get help with issues here. It pissed me off more when @HaloWaypoint was tweeting to other gamers about their server issues while ignoring mine.
I go into campaign, mission select, and I can only choose prologue. It shows that I haven’t completed it solo/co-op. In reality, my service record shows I have completed the campaign legendary co-op, and I’ve finished the first mission solo legendary (I was going to follow along with the challenges weekly.)
I’ve tried deleting the other gamertag campaign save data.
I’ve tried clearing the cache.
No one will help me, I’m going to try and find some employee’s number or e-mail address. If I find any of that info, I’ll post it here/send to the guys at lifehacker (I know they maintain a list of numbers and e-mails to get to people at tech companies with horrible service.)
