Hope we get a new updated roadmap for season 3 and 4

More regular updates about what is coming would be great for building up hype and morale in the Halo community (since this community is constantly so miserable and bitter). Also would remind people what is yet to come in the current season and if any plans change it would keep the community informed.

Some specific topics I would like updates for:

  • Infection
  • Escalation Slayer
  • Grifball
  • Progression System
  • In-Game Service Records
  • Playlist Updates (MCC Style Match Composer?)
  • Forge Updates
  • Events
  • Sandbox Updates/Additions
  • New PVE Modes/Missions/etc.

Same, although we’re a month away from S3 (supposedly) dropping so I presume it’s coming soon to highlight the new content.

I really don’t think any of this is gonna happen, man. We still have heard basically nothing about season 3 which is a month away.

Studios lost over 100 people. We’ll see the season 3 roadmap probably around the same time that Half Life 3 comes out.

But yeah.
We will see a Season 3 roadmap but likely not a map for Season 4, with this sudden layoff of staff members probably meaning that the devs will have to extend Season 3 to be ANOTHER 6 month long season in order to get enough time to develop the assets needed for S4

Just a gentle reminder - roadmaps are useless when you can’t keep up the promises.

Unfortunatly we are in a situationwhere I have the woeful duty to inform you that this is an instance where you need to hope in one hand and poop in the other and see which one fill sup first

i think really we never get a roadmap at all or if there will be a next season also in the first place.

and this is something a lot off communety members have learn from 343 and roadmaps.
if 343 give us a roadmap there will always find way’s to make it compleet worthless.

since so far all the roadmaps have become a big fail.

Two most important things I want added are classic map/no sprint playlist and better progression/challenges. I am disgusted that I gave money even though those two things are missing.

We’ll be getting a roadmap, if things go well, 1-2 weeks before Season 3’s launch.

As long as they followed this one - which was basically to the letter. What are you even talking about? Because the Season 2 roadmap has come earlier consistently.

so far the roadmaps 343 has make have all not come out in the end.

the forge roadmap and Co-Op roadmap have both been delay in the end.

i think you not have to be that proud at all that some stuff have become early then normal.
since the winter update was also for the big part a dark news update that a lot off people not have like.

Now you’ve gone and opened up that wound again…. A surprise Half Life 3 release would almost make up for the disappointment of Halo Infinite.

The latest road map has been okay as far as promises being kept. Hopefully the season 3 release is still on track anything after that is just a bonus from my perspective.

No doubt we’ll get something in coming weeks, got stuff early in winter update.

Even with layoffs hopefully seasonality does become consistent

29 days away and they are silent. at least they can preview or update on us on 1 thing a week to get people some kind of excited
