Hey guys and Gals,
This may help some of you playing on consoles and dealing with:
- Multiplayer server disconnects
- Feeling like you just cant seem to land shots anymore or that your controls just feel off no matter what setting you have.
I ran into both of these issues and it got to the point to where I was about to lay the controller down and walk away from Infinite all together. 
Server disconnects: Try opening the ports on your router that Halo Infinite uses. These are the same for both Xbox One and Series X. I play on Series X and this has fixed my disconnect issue since doing it 3 days ago. FYI I was getting disconnected sometimes 3 out of 5 games. If you need help on how to do it just do a quick search on Google. I found several walk throughs.
TCP: 3074
UDP: 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 4500
Not being able to land shots and feeling like your sensitivity controls are just "off"
I had no idea that this would cause such an issue but make sure that your TV and Console display/refresh rate settings match up. I went from barely being able to land a shot or get a kill it seemed like to now having an accuracy of around 50% during BTB games and regularly coming in the top 3 as far as kills.
I really hope this helps some of you because I know the frustration I was having was ruining the game for me .
