So. I know the Thruster Pack scales to base user speed (like sprint), but does the Hologram? Reach’s Hologram had a set of base traits, so has anyone noticed whether Halo 4’s is the same way?
I don’t know, but I guess it does scale to base user speed.
But I wouldn’t know, I always get tricked by them.
