Would it be possible to change this in the TU to add a custom games option that will allow the healthpack to be automatically be picked up?

I hope so, having the health pack picked up for you was a lot more convenient.

i am pretty sure this is on the low on of the change list. dont count on it.

I don’t see why not. Whenever you walk over an oddball you automatically pick it up, can’t see why they can’t do it for health packs.
