Why the hell does a plasma pistol take out a full overshield and your shields… What makes no sense what so ever! Has this always been a thing? Why…
Kept getting spawn killed by a guy with a plasma pistol, I only had 3 REQs so I spawned an overshield… and I got instantly killed because he had the Gunfighter + the Plasma Pistol…
I guess so. After all its supposed to be taking out your shields haha
EMP kills all electronics, shields and overshields, its just what an actual EMP does.
The Plasma Pistol has always removed at least 2 layers of OS.

Not at all.
CE is the only truly deadly Plasma Pistol. Between its shield melting, movement stunning and the “Spartan Ability” to backpack reload your other weapon, you can just spray the map with green globs of goo.
Otherwise, H2 and H3 are truly just tools to remove OS’s or stop vehicles.
Reach brought back a bit of lethality to the PP, H4 and H5 brought back some fun. But I fear, we’ll never have as much fun as CE’s PP );

It definitely shouldn’t take your OS, especially considering it doesn’t even drop a gold elite to no shield.
