Dear support,
for a couple of days I bougth HW2 on the disc. I put the 1.CD in and started the process.
After I put the 4.CD in, and a few moments, the window closed by itself an another had open.
After the new window was open another window opens with an error which calls: “HoganInstaller.exe
didn’t work.”.
If you could tell me what is the problem I’ll be thankfull.

Hast du ggf. irgendwelche AntiViren Software am laufen, die das blocken könnte?
Bist du an dem Windows 10 PC als Administrator unterwegs oder als Standard-Benutzer?
Ich habe eins laufen, aber ich wüsste nicht, dass mir irgendwas angezeigt oder gemeldet wurde.
Ja ich bin Administrator und einziger Nutzer des PC’s. Aber ich werde es morgen ohne AntiViren Software
probieren. Hast du eine Ahnung woran es noch liegen könnte?

Ich möchte mich entschuldigen, wenn dies keiner Sinn oder klingt komisch. Deutsch für 3 Jahre in der High School nahm, aber habe nicht es sinnvoll verwenden. Sie konnten es wahrscheinlich für ein weiteres Exemplar austauschen, wenn es darum geht, um sicherzustellen, dass die Festplatte, aber Ihr Computer oder Software nicht überhaupt.

I want to apologize if this does not make any sense or sounds weird. I took German for 3 years in high school but have not had to use it sense. I am currently using google translate to type this out because I do not have the writing skills (or at less I don’t feel like I do) to respond at a level that is good.
I digitally downloaded this game and have been having issues with my anti virus interfering with the game, but also HW2 has been having issues with the game running itself. It could be multiple things as well like a bad disk could happen. Since you have not played the game and it sounds like you must have gotten it here soon, have you tried a different copy or trying to install it again? You could probably exchange it for another copy if it comes down to it to make sure that it was not the disk, but your computer or software.
I would also suggest that you go to the support section. You might find people who are having similar issues that you are having.

Liegt in der Packung kein Key dabei, um das Spiel über den Microsoft Store zu laden und installieren?
Ansonsten deaktivier die AntiVirus Software oder lösche sie ganz, die AntiVirus Software von Windows 10 ist ausreichend.

Halo Wars 2… Iam getting so Angry right now… I installed with all 4 Following CD´s … Hoganinstaller doesent work… 3x Times … so i followed the idea Using the Code in the Disk… ha! Now my account tells me i can Install it on my Xbox… Bravor Microsoft i want it for my PC thats why i board the damn PC Version from shop it tells me just that i can install it on my Xbox there is no Variation for my PC … again i tried in hope Hogan isnt a studip idea… but it is… Just sell it on Steam ffs whats the Problem? Dont you get enough Money? Yeah i Need help right now but it makes me Angry so hard i was so happy to Play Halo Wars 2 with my friends… And yesterday i just bought Halo 5… and it got no Splittscreen mode… Destroy more from my Childhood pls
