I did not have the new update download … Say it was now suddenly there and I wonder: The update did not need a download?
Can it be that there was already with the last update but was only stretched unnecessarily?
Personally, I find it a little brash, like all that already runs anyway.
And if that were really the case, then I have to say that that’s a little sad.
Would be better that the next Halo from the start is complete and the DLC costs money, but the payed DLC/Updates are good - just like Bungie. (Sorry but the “There is the half of the game and another fourth part of the whole game with be free and the rest - well maybe payed DLC or maybe we let it”-marketing is horrible.

Look OP… Every update comes out without the REQs, then those REQs always get added in later without a download. How have you not noticed this by now?

Well, then it’s common-for-most-people sense? It doesn’t take a genius to know that what he says makes sense. This sort of thing has happened before with the Champion armour and those fancy Noble Team, ODST, etc. skins between the Ghosts of Meridian and Memories of Reach updates.
