hi mate probally around 5.30 pm here I’m the uk which will probally be when u get it so in about 5 hours.
It launches the exact same time world wide. You can expect it to release about a day after the American date.
Considering that we get it at around noon EST, and Australia is 14 hours ahead, you’ll be getting it at 2am, more or less. But then, the REQs themselves take another 5 hours or so to become “available”, so aim for 7am before buying REQ packs!

There shouldn’t be anything to download, the req drop is usually much later after 4 est.
