I play on custom games browsers a game type called assassination. And a thing that really aggregates me is that when i play my hitboxes seem to not be the same to everyone else like i am a second behind and the objective is to hit their back and when i clearly hit their back nothing happens. I am on wired connection and it happens at every hour of the day. Please help

My ping is 27 ms which is very low and a download speed of 110 mbps and upload of 6. Packet loss is 0

The real problem are the servers and not your connection… Everyday the servers get worst and worst…

I’m no expert, but I don’t think that’s going to matter much while you’re playing the game other than getting a baseline since the servers you get are gonna have different pings.

Yeah I think you’re right. I was asking mainly in case OP’s ping was like 500 or something super high because it would probably have some effect at that point.

Yes you are correct. The problem is the servers you are connecting to and not your connection itself.
OP: Your Network speed is double mine, and we both have the same issues (hence why Ive stopped playing this). I also have issues like this on HW2.
The game should tell us what the ping of the “dedicated server” we are connecting to is. I have a feeling we all connect to same ones in the U.S, as opposed to having dedicated regional servers.

> I just spoke to an xbox specialist and they said it was an in-game server issue but this only happened recently. Yes im from the UK but at time this issue is 24/7 whereas a week ago it was fine.

I don’t think they will. H5 isn’t really a priority anymore.
So I guess I just have to suffer then. Halo inifinite is not even out yet and I am getting too anxious everytime i get killed by what i can say is bs
