Seriously it’s getting silly now lost so many melee hits because I pass through them yet I’m getting the sound for my melee hitting. An oh my god the frustration of getting someone’s shield down you both then melee yet he survives and I die. It’s a joke. I don’t mind trading deaths but when they survive for some bull crap reason is just infuriating to say the least. Enemy player collision should be on at the least.
This has happened to me multiple times. And those times where I know for a fact I put more damage into them, but when we melee each other I’m the one that dies and not them. Or being able to pull off back to back melee hits, the other player gets theirs off quicker somehow. Or when you melee once and now the other player is on top or behind you somehow.
There have been occasions where the other player has a mangler or another bladed weapon, which does increased melee damage, but every time I’ve felt beat on the melee, the players don’t have a bladed weapon. I play in XSX by the way. I’m not sure if my TV, wireless controller, or console have anything to do with it, in reference to lag. I would assume players with a wired controller, playing on a monitor with low lag rate, would have the advantage every time. But, who knows since we are talking milliseconds.
