Hit detection needs to be fixed

what’s going on with the hit detection notably with the battle rifle. Half the time I get a kill for clearly missing someone other times I get killed by shots that clearly miss me, even the annoying kill cam shows the death even when the bullets clearly are far left and right of me

Sometimes I’ll put 5 bursts into someone without their shields popping and it just baffles me lol

sometimes I shoot the wall behind my enemy and wonder why he isn’t dead

About an hour ago I started an assassination and it glitch stopped. Then i meleed the guy 3 times AND stuck him before he finally died. Lol

lol I thought I was bugging, I was clearly putting rounds between people’s teeth n nothing happens but then I shoot over their shoulders and they drop dead. I know it’s just the beta but if it leaves a sour taste in ur mouth you might not wanna cough up $60

I’ll get killed after being in cover occationally, upsetting, but w/e it’s a beta.

Shot registration has been broken since the update. Makes running away that much easier. You need a team of four communicating to pick off the runners. Had to quit playing the game as it was getting very frustrating.

Shots were fine pre-update. Whatever server update they did is causing lag or it switched to peer hosting.

hmm yeah i’ve noticed a few movement lag too latly; the dedicated servers might not be working correctly like h2 ann. Damn back up ptp servers are -Yoink-

Heavy bullet magnetism, because 343 doesn’t think noobs can handle old skool halo.

Yeah same here. I am getting weird hit reg sometimes. Other time it is dead on and the following game it simply goes to -Yoink-. I empty a clip into someone at close range and nope shield still up. Even on the kill cam you clearly see his shield % staying up while I unload. :confused:

I also noticed that this is more apparent as of this week. Last week, I wasn’t getting that much hit reg issue.

Don’t know if it is related to lag compensation or our characters being de-sync, but I sure hope this will get fixed on the final release.

There have been plenty of times my opponent should’ve died and it even said they had 0%-0% shields and health in the killcam. But that’s been going on since the first day for me.
