wow so many hit and run gamers on halo when you think you are doing well getting a good score some pleb rams your back side wouldnt mind if i was in the way but come on i was on a cliff top lol
What makes this worse is that the option to boot that player rarely comes up at the right moment.
Some people are downright awful, vindictive individuals. Some will even kill you still for taking a power weapon or grenades they wanted. Or, from the driver’s perspective:
Trying to get away from heavy enemy fire when a friendly steps in front of your vehicle. Moving to a position and someone just steps right out and you can’t swerve around them in time. Person just spawned there because the spawning is amazing.
I can’t list how many betrays I’ve had and how many times I’ve been booted people people are not aware of their surroundings and just step out in front of a vehicle.
sometimes i will follow them and nick the vehicle they have left or fell out of and i will run them over one guy jump in me vehicle so i drove it off a cliff i jumped out first though
It’s hair-rippingly annoying when someone on your team decides to shoot (and kill) you for no apparent reason. It’s ridiculous. If anything, shooting teammates would cause less damage than shooting at enemy players. Still would be annoying, but at least you’ll avoid frustrating deaths.
Vindictive players have been an issue in Halo since time immortal. As far back as H2 at least. Maybe even CE on LAN.

Scratch that out, because those kinds of players have been for as long as online play has existed. There will always be some jerks in games old and new.
still fun though good game now starting master chief collection
betrayals will never go away because all mutliplayer games are secretly giant social experiments.

Fair enough point…hell, as long as GAMES have existed there will be jerks.
