As a consultant, and I’m even willing to offer my services free of charge. In fact I know several other community members that are able and willing as well. We’d be more than happy to lend our input on behalf of the community, and offer insight on what actual Halo fans want with their beloved Halo. Clearly you’re already staffing people to make these important decisions but equally as clear, they are struggling, mightily. Here to help.
Halo fan
You don’t represent me or my thoughts on Halo. You have no clue what everyone wants seeing as everyone has different opinions.
They aren’t going to hire you. Since you aren’t even providing suggestions, how is anyone supposed to know what you think and how your opinion is more valid than anyone else’s? The community as a whole can’t come to a consensus, so one person throwing their ideas around can’t possibly represent the community as a whole.
Signed,
A different Halo fan.

All other posts after this one are irrelevant. Except for the helpful link one.And my passive aggressive snarky one.
Dont presume to speak for the majority, or as you would probably term it, “the true halo fans.”
They can’t just accept and hire everybody, you need to apply for a job and show them what you’ve got. I’ve heard that they currently only have about 300 employees, which is quite a limited number.
I’d love it if I could become a story writer for 343 Industries when I’m a bit older and have a bit more experience in story writing
But your a ginger. And if South Park has taught me anything it’s not to trust gingers because they have no soul. ( I’m kidding )
OT : sorry but your opinion is as valuable as mine. Which is worth it’s weight in fish number 2. Sorry they will keep making their decisions by what they want to do not what we want. It’s their game we just buy it and play it and hope they did a good job.

Now that this link has been provided, there’s not much left to discuss here. Lockin’ it up.
I wish the same thing OP, it would be so awesome to be able to just be their and make all the awesome ideas i have had over the years a reality. I understand that there is a lot of work that goes into it all, but seeing what they have managed to do and and the amount of freedom they were able to give us in H3 and Reach, I really think that me and my friends’ ideas are within the realm of possibility, it is just so hard to communicate them on these forums. If we could actually talk to the designers, show them exactly we what we like and what needs to change, these games would be so amazing. But I have no qualifications so I just have to keep on posting
Woahhh, settle down ppl, this wasn’t supposed to be taken seriously by any stretch. Only serious part to it is they actually do need some true “Halo fans” behind the scenes calling some shots. And by true Halo fans I mean one’s that have played since Halo first came out, for so many hours they are embarrassed to actually say, probably more than the ppl currently working on this particular one.
One’s that understand:
-A proper ranking is mandatory in any Halo
-This rotating weekly playlist idea is plain stupid, give the ppl the playlists they want, all the time.
-Nerf the boltshot, it’s simply too much
-Reduce auto-aim, its too forgiving
-Friendly fire needs to be switched back…
This list can go on, but these are the basics. And yes, any “true Halo” would agree, if you don’t, believe it or not you’re in the minority.
