Agreed. Seeing 2D hearts coming out of someone’s spartan was just so out of place.

in the same bulletin BS said they were tailor made for the flood specifically to make them more different than the humans. Notice how they have spores and infectious fumes seeping through their chest cavities?

He said they weren’t returning as enemies in the campaign. You just took what he said out of context.

Seeing a flood player with an ae is hopeful, and i never said they were certainly in the game.

You don’t buy armor with a currency anymore. It’s all unlocked by rank, achievements, or promos. Spartan points are for loadout options.

You don’t buy armor. You unlock them by leveling up in the progression ranks, doing achievements and other stuff.

Mark VI and the MC’s visor color are unlocked via beating Legendary, so it’s probably safe to say that there’s more that will be unlocked via certain ingame feats as well. As for the other stuff though, you instantly get it after reaching the rank prerequsite. No more spending money on them.

Or if you don’t have sand in your crotch, it adds a fun level of customization that you can choose not to use.
Personally, I didn’t care for them. When you offer something like that, they’re gonna get used by a good number of people. When you have hearts coming out of 10% of the players, confetti out of another 20%, green fog from 3%, and electricity out of 6%…it gets to be a little redundant. Just seems too gimmicky.
