Probably not because of the XP limits…
Rank doesn’t even show how good you are. It just shows how much time you put into the game.
If you want an idea on how good the are, go to the service record, war games, and look at the kills compared to deaths.
I’m currently a 45. 46 is the max if you’ve max’d out your XP everyday since release.
I’m currently at 28. I think i’m able to achieve the max rank (Sr50) until this fryday.
That’s not entirely true. Reach had campers with insane KD’s due to crouching the whole game. But I understand your point. They should re-release the HALO 3 ranking system. I want my 50 back too.

you have the standard SR1-50 then each specialization adds 10 more levels and at the end you’ll be SR130

This isn’t about how good anyone is. He asked for rank.
And this may surprise you, but K/D doesn’t actually reflect skill.
I’ve seen higher, but I’m SR-42.

You should read OP more often before making posts. I’ve seen someone in upper 40s.
I’m SR-40, not been playing very obsessively, I haven’t even hit a XP cap yet.
Generally you see one 30-something guy and everyone else below rank 24.
Some guy posted how he was already in his first specialization. So 50 something.

Camping is legit when enemies are distracted. It still a viable tatic and a powerful tool when used properly. Just because everybody doesn’t always run around looking for kills doesn’t mean it is wrong.

oops I meant 50 something, but still it’s pretty ridiculous. He said he got the game early so that’s why.

I understand. The dynamic of camping is a factor in having legitimate strategy. But having an insanely high KD due to camping the entire game for multiple games doesn’t appropriately reflect a higher skill either.
