Apologies if this issue has already been raised and is being dealt with! On my profile it displays my highest MCC rank as 6, however this is from months ago, where my actual highest rank is currently 19 (I’m not very good, don’t judge me!). Everything else seems to be updated, just my highest skill.
Any idea how to go about fixing this?

I’m genuinely interested in knowing as well, it says my skill rank is 1 but in actual its 17…
This is an ongoing issue. There are other forums posting about it. We still have no response on it.
Yeah this has been an issue. I did find out though that if u go to skill ranks on MCC here on waypoint it shows some of you’re ranks. It shows a few of mine other than the hardcore h3 dubs.

The max is 50, you can easily check by clickin you’re profile on MCC in game.
