Ive playing master chief collections since dec 2014 and im still “RECRUIT-IRON”, thats probably the guy who does the laundry for the ODSTs, wth? I get far more kills than deaths and win mostly all games, how can I get a higher rank??

That’s just your forum rank OP - it’s related to your post count, not to do with any of the games you have played. The more posts you make, the higher your rank will eventually get. You can see most of the ranks on the Ranks Page. Just remember not to spam to increase your forum rank, or you’ll end up perma-banned and stationed in Midnight 
Waypoint rank is nothing about how good you are playing halo. You get a higher waypoint rank by making forum posts and replying forum posts. The link is about what is a waypoint rank and rewards.

how did you get those medals under your pic? the classified, CMOtw, 5 beta, is top secret classified information?

Medals are awarded for various community related things - 5 beta was for taking part in the Halo 5 beta back in January, CMotW is for being awarded Community Member of e the Week (just recognising poeple that have helped out in the community in some way) and the Classified badge is for taking part in the Halo 4 ARG. If you ever used any of the Halo 4 Glyph codes, myself and the rest of the Section 3 team decoded and released these to the community 
You can find more info on the medals / badges here. A lot of them haven’t been given out for a while, but I’m hopeful that once Halo 5 launches that this will pick up and things like weekly caption contests and member of the week will come back.
