Sorry to bring this up for you if you haven’t noticed but Halo 4 has a lot of high pitch ringing in it. I first heard it on my second play of the campaign on the FOD and it really bugged me. But today I found the same sound in the menu!!! Every time you select some thing it makes the sound, if you listen close you’ll hear it, its so annoying!! Why is 343 trying to kill my ears!!!

No dude its a very high pitch sound in the menu when you select some thing, It only happens right as you hit A. Its a very high pitch that you might not be able to hear, but for thos that can hear it its EVIL!
The sound was around 15.0 kHz
It sounds similar to the Mosquito ring tone if you know what that is, also not every one can hear to 15.0 kHz so that may be why there are not more people yelling about this lol.

Normal hearing range is 20hz-20,000hz…
And I have no idea what you’re talking about. The little beep is hardly an issue. If you’re having an issue, you’re sound system must be set up poorly.
I wonder if 343 even knows this sound effect is in the game O.o!
