As we all know the remake high noon is a remastered version of hang 'em high from halo ce. But I questioned what is that teleporter doing outside? S I heard somewhere that onyx had a slips pace bubble in its core so I’m thinking this map might be on onyx
Currently I feel the scenery through the portal is of Sagittarius A+B… our galactic core.
It’s hard to tell for sure as I know I’ve seen that near exact pic before, but it was with slightly different false colouring.
And many stellar objects can be made to look similar if the right spectrum is picked and then made false.
Of course it can be completely artificial in nature (the actual nebula) but there’s enough nebulae out there that a monkey can imagine at least 1 of them right 
I thought it was centered on earth.

High Noon is not on Earth, and the portal looks completely different and acts different compared to the one from Halo 3.
