High MMR from husky raid?

I’ve been playing husky raid on my significant other’s account just to balance out the 152 grind and experience working toward commendations again.

Decided to play ranked slayer and was put in all onyx &high diamond matches. I’m generally a mid-platinum player, so obviously I got wrecked and even got an angry message for having the nerve to play the game at all.

The account I was playing on is foursix trouble.

MMR doesn’t carry over from one playlist to another. I’m gonna say you just got unlucky based on the population at the time you decided to play Slayer.

The game can use other playlists as a guide for your skill level if you’ve never played any ranked games before, but you can also match a variety of skill levels while you’re unranked. I agree that you probably just had bad timing for when to play.
