so ive been trying to figure out the arbiters enforcer opener and I’m not having the best of time. Let my 1v1 record speak for itself. My 2 major questions are:
if I push up on a base (usually around 3:30 and 4:00) and they have turrets, should I immediately back down and just focus on containment
if I show up on the base and decide to engage should I completely ignore any units he has, should I attack supply buildings, or attack the main base structure.
If if anyone could give me tips it would be hugely appreciated. I already watch streams from people on twitch but they don’t show a lot of arbiter play.
Not a pro with Arbiter, but this has worked well in many ranked matches for me.
Early game, I usually focus the supply pads first, that way if the attack fails, the enemy is still left economically damaged and I can build more elite enforcers back at my base for relatively cheap and in a short amount of time. If they have a large army at their base I usually back off and focus on containment until I can find an opening. If they have just turrets, that’s usually not too much of a problem. I usually ignore them and go for the supplies. If you focus the supplies, make sure to just keep your troops moving around the base. Don’t stay still and keep your troops separated. The Elite Enforcer drop is great for splitting up their fire. Once you engage, drop the troops on the other side of the base and redirect fire.

Your window for a rush at a high lvl should be
3:00-3:30 with tht said arby rush is really bad in 1v1 it only takes a few jackrabbits to stop .
If you see turrets stun lock the closest one and try to kill resources buildings to help compensate for your investment, this is probably your best hope for geting to the mid-late game.

Just use the elite assault don’t build them.
Enforcer rush doesn’t work in high level 1v1s. Use enforcers as harassment units rather than using them for cheesey wins. Use the enforcer drop and teleport to destroy mini bases and poorly defended generators to get the most out of them.
In high level play, “rushes” are pretty much incapable of closing games. Your goal should be to establish map control and prevent expansion from you opponent, and not trying to close the game. You can lose too many units going all in. If you can do that you can push to win around the 7 minute mark no problem.
If your playing arby in singles your better off going ghost opener and dropping enforcers off behind the base and using them like odst. That’s where I find the most success in singles anyways.
Let me clarify, I’m not trying to end the game at the 5 min mark, I’m just trying to make early game pressure and hurt his economy. TakeSomeNotes told me that enforcers are useful in high level matches and from the few matches that I saw from Almirante99 he uses it when he plays arbiter
